Gathered Lampshade Workshop March 15th 9.30am to 4.30pm @ the Emporium at Wentworth, South Yorkshire.

Come and learn the art of English country style lampshade making. You will learn to make a table lamp size lampshade complete with a balloon lining. You will be shown how to create bindings and how to hand stitch but also use a sewing machine to make gathers. This is an intensive one day course with a break for a delicious light lunch. There are only 4 places per workshop with 2 facilitators. Early booking is advisable.
You will be able to select a fabric from our stock prior to attending.
you will leave with printed instructions on how to make more fabulous shades.
Workshop will take place at The Emporium at Wentworth, S62 7SB and is a full day workshop.
